Is there any growth of any kind without pain?

Is there any growth of any kind without pain? Possibly not. When we grow physically, emotionally, intellectually, socially or in our relationship with God the old us dies and the new us comes into being. The old us is familiar to us and doesn’t want to die so there is a struggle. The new us is unknown so we don’t know what we will be like if we grow. We need to walk by faith in the dark, which is frightening, so we need to take the Hand of Jesus and trust the light of Scripture. When you have pain, look for the area of growth. If you find it the pain will not go away but it will have meaning and you will have hope and courage. God bless us as we grow in Him. Amen.

Gibt es irgendein Wachstum ohne Schmerzen? Möglicherweise nicht. Wenn wir körperlich, emotional, intellektuell, sozial oder in unserer Beziehung zu Gott wachsen, stirbt das alte Wir und das neue Wir ins Leben. Das alte Wir sind uns bekannt und will nicht sterben also gibt es einen Kampf. Das neue Wir ist unbekannt, also wissen wir nicht, wie wir sein werden, wenn wir wachsen. Wir müssen durch den Glauben an die Dunkelheit wandeln, was erschreckend ist, also müssen wir die Hand Jesu nehmen und dem Licht der Schrift vertrauen. Wenn du Schmerzen hast, suche den Bereich des Wachstums. Wenn du es findest, wird der Schmerz nicht weggehen, aber er wird Bedeutung haben und du wirst Hoffnung und Mut haben.
